These are used in a variety of ways and are very effective exposure for the property. As the front page of the Feature package, these colour layouts offer instant recall of the property and its features to those who have been through it.

Included in the package is a detailed write up listing the special features, room descriptions, size and condition, inclusions, lot size, taxes and asking price; a copy of the existing survey (if available) and an area map showing schools, parks shops and transportation.
